Download
Download the DDS4U app and click “ Book a Service” and register your details along with Org Code. If you are already a registered customer, please use the forgot password link.
OTP
After Registration, OTP will be sent and validate your account. Then Click Your Profile Icon and check your Personal details, enter your Present Address, Documents and Profile Picture.
Book a Service
From the “ Book a Service” menu. Select a service you want to book and select date & time for the service. Also check for the service location on top and if required can change it and book.
Online Payment
Once your appointment / booking is confirmed and receiving the confirmation message, open the request card and click in the middle to make your payment online.
Feedback
After availing the service, click on the same booking card to view your online assessment and provide feedback on the service with star ratings.
Multiple Organisations
Using the + icon on the “Book a Service” page you can add any number or Organisations to make your bookings
